At Silkmala Designer, we aim to provide the best quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1) Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
• Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Products returned without valid reason or proof will not be accepted.

2) Eligibility for Exchanges

• We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be:
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
• Replacement product will be delivered within 7–14 working days.

3) Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable are not eligible.
• Products purchased during sale, discount, or offer are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• All returned items will go through quality inspection before approval.

4) Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and approved.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• Exchanges will be processed as soon as possible based on stock availability.

5) Important Note

• Any product purchased during sale or promotional offer will be treated as final sale.
• No return, exchange, or refund will be applicable in such cases unless there is a defect.
